How to measure
- Locate the Measuring Area: For most support belts, you need to measure the circumference of your lower abdomen, just under your belly and around your lower back, where the belt will naturally sit.
- Wrap the Tape: Wrap the tape measure around your body at this point.
- Ensure a Snug Fit: The tape should be snug, but not digging into your skin or overly tight. It should be parallel to the ground all the way around.
- Read the Measurement: Read the measurement in centimetres (cm) or inches.
Tip:If you are between two sizes, it's generally recommended to choose the larger size for comfort and to allow for continued growth during pregnancy.
