Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Germany, Spain, France:
- Express Delivery: FREE on orders €50 and over. Estimated delivery within 2-9 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
- Standard Shipping: €5.99 on orders up to €49.99. Estimated delivery within 3-11 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
USA:
- Express Delivery: FREE on orders $50 and over. Estimated delivery within 2-9 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders up to $49.99. Estimated delivery within 3-11 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
UK:
- Express Delivery: FREE on orders £50 and over. Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days via Royal Mail, Enri, DPD, and/or Seller's Choice.
- Standard Shipping: £2.49 on orders up to £49.99. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days via Royal Mail, Enri, DPD, and/or Seller's Choice.
Additional Notes for UK Orders:
- Orders are dispatched locally (UK) within 1-2 days.
- If you are ordering multiple items, please note that not all products are shipped from the same location and may arrive at different times.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@mamasbump.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Orders are processed quickly, and changes to the address after processing may not be possible. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@mamasbump.com. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made if your order has already been shipped.
