  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Germany, Spain, France:

  • Express Delivery: FREE on orders €50 and over. Estimated delivery within 2-9 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Standard Shipping: €5.99 on orders up to €49.99. Estimated delivery within 3-11 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

USA:

  • Express Delivery: FREE on orders $50 and over. Estimated delivery within 2-9 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders up to $49.99. Estimated delivery within 3-11 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

UK:

  • Express Delivery: FREE on orders £50 and over. Estimated delivery within 2-6 business days via Royal Mail, Enri, DPD, and/or Seller's Choice.
  • Standard Shipping: £2.49 on orders up to £49.99. Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days via Royal Mail, Enri, DPD, and/or Seller's Choice.

Additional Notes for UK Orders:

  • Orders are dispatched locally (UK) within 1-2 days.
  • If you are ordering multiple items, please note that not all products are shipped from the same location and may arrive at different times.

Shipping Confirmation

Lost or Damaged Shipments
