We offer a 14-day return window, which means you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on products that show signs of wear, washing, stretching, or use.

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Photos of the item and packaging may help speed up the process.

Items in Transit

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled while in transit.

Once delivered, returns are handled according to this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Refunds
