Joining is easy! Simply create an account on our website, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Mama’s Bump Rewards program. You can start earning points right away!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases, referring friends, leaving reviews, or following us on social media. For every pound you spend, you collect Bump Points that you can later redeem for discounts or rewards.
How many points do I earn per purchase?
You’ll earn 5 Bump Point for every 1 pound spent. Keep an eye out for special promotions where you can earn double or triple points!
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them at checkout. You’ll see an option to apply your points for a discount on your purchase. Just select the amount of points you want to use, and the discount will be applied automatically!
Do my points expire?
Yes, Bump Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. To keep your points active, make sure to earn or redeem points within a year.
Can I use points on sale items?
Yes! You can use your Bump Points to get an even bigger discount on sale items. However, points cannot be combined with other discount codes.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you used points for the purchase, those points will be returned to your account once the return is processed.
Can I earn points by referring a friend?
Absolutely! When you refer a friend, they’ll receive a discount on their first purchase, and you’ll earn bonus points once they complete their order. It’s a win-win!
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There’s no limit to how many Bump Points you can collect! The more you shop and engage with us, the more points you’ll accumulate.
How can I check my points balance?
You can easily check your points balance by following these steps:
- Log in to your Mama’s Bump account.
- Click on the Rewards icon located in the bottom-right corner of the screen (or wherever the loyalty widget is placed).
- Once the rewards widget opens, your current Bump Points balance will be displayed at the top of the widget.
