Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To Be Eligible for a Return: Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at billing@mamasbump.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds for items that have already been shipped and are in transit. Once you receive your product, if you are still not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with the return process according to our return policy.

Important: Please Record Your Unboxing To ensure a smooth shopping experience and to help resolve any potential issues, we kindly ask all customers to record a video when opening their package.

This video serves as proof of the product's condition upon arrival and helps us address any concerns about missing or damaged items efficiently. Please ensure the video clearly shows:

  • The unopened package with the shipping label visible.
  • The process of unboxing the product.
  • The item(s) received in the package.

This small step protects both you and us from any misunderstandings and allows us to provide quick resolutions if needed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The unboxing video mentioned above will help us process your claim more efficiently.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
