We want you to feel confident shopping with Mama’s Bump™. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we are here to help.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear, stretching, odour, or use

Due to hygiene and health considerations, maternity support belts are considered intimate wearable items. Any product that shows signs of use or wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of purchase is required.


Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at billing@mamasbump.com.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Items in Transit

Orders that have been shipped and are in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Once delivered, returns are handled according to this policy.


Unboxing Requirement (Important)

To help us resolve any issues quickly and fairly, we strongly recommend recording a video when opening your package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The unopened package with shipping label visible

  • The unboxing process

  • The item(s) received

This helps us verify claims related to damage, defects, or missing items.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or worn items

  • Personal care or hygiene-related goods

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
